We are the only funiture producer in Slovenia that offers print services on all flat boards that enable the accumulation of the base colour (chipboard, MDF, HDF).
Our services include processing and varnishing.
We colour one or a maximum of two designs on a pre-made grounding (two cylinder printing), however, by means of changing the grounding, additional colour possibilities are achieved.
Maximum dimensions of processed items:
- Thickness: 70 mm,
- Length: 2,500 mm,
- Width: 1,180 mm.
In the course of providing our services we strictly follow ecological standards on the basis of European directive 96/61/EC and VOC regarding criteria on emissions of volatile organic compounds that are regulated by means of several decrees (Official Gazette of the RS No. 31/07, 70/08 and 61/09).
When providing our services we only use colours that comply with the E71/3 standard (they do not contain heavy metals such as: lead, mercury, chrome, cadmium, arsenic, selenium, antimony, tin, barium and formaldehyde).
The coloured surface is tested according to the DIN 68861/1 standard (resistance to various chemicals) and DIN EN ISO 2410 (mechanical resistance of surfaces).
